A glimpse into the heterogeneity of women\'s daily life around the world

These images have been taken in the last few years, although they seem to be from an other time. Our tasks and behavior are given and shaped by the context we live in, but a sense of care and the sensibility for beauty make us all alike worldwide. As a simple observer of us humans and our behavior, it is the daily, the “ordinary”, the silent and unspectacular moments I am mostly interested in. It allows me to not be 'the public' but to sit on the side of whom I interact with. I believe in little gestures and unsung characters there’s much to relate to and learn from. The uncelebrated is not insignificant. These are portraits of people I have met, simply living their lives.
