FAQS – YOUR “MY LF” ACCOUNT
Set up your account and keep it safe and sound.
After payment (via our enter page) you’ll be taken to a page where you can register for you account. If for any reason this doesn’t happen, or you lose the link, you can go back there here:
- Entrants – www.life-framer.com/register-entrant
- Members – www.life-framer.com/register-member
Please ensure that you register with the same email address as the one you used to pay (you can change it to another address in your account settings afterwards if you need).
Once you have your ‘my LF’ account, you can submit at any point by logging-in from our homepage (the ‘my LF’ button) and then clicking ‘Submit’ on the ‘my LF’ landing page.
Yes, in order to submit images to the award you will need to have a ‘my LF’ account. You can also use your account to create a public profile, but this isn’t obligatory.
If you’ve forgotten your password, please head to the following link where you can reset it by supplying either your username or email address: www.life-framer.com/password-reset.
If you’ve forgotten your username, please drop an email to [email protected] and we can remind you.
You can see all of your past uploads (as of March 2018) in ‘my LF’, however you cannot edit them. Therefore please review your entries carefully before submitting. If you do make a genuine mistake though, drop us an email – [email protected]
