Prefecture
It's an autobiographical work. "Préfecture" is a photographic series that testifies my own journey ; an intimate story of a man in waiting. The project was born between the walls of a building that was promised to be transformed. A place in a tired state, similar to that of the lost man. It is also a work on the unknown man who lives in isolation. Common elements such as doors, windows and partitions determine his daily life. I try to give the character constraints, in order to obtain postures that will tell his story. By making appear or disappear the body or parts of the body in the frame, I want to show the fight with the emptiness, and the brutality of the imposed and invisible limits Geometric compositions I use them to describe an atmosphere, or to reveal a psychological state. The disused place fascinates me, I crossed its walls, I melted in the decor. I made of it a space to create and to recreate.
