Inch Allah demain ...!
There is in Morocco, a crossing point, sometimes in movement,
Sometimes frozen in the past, between a country that is built and another
which remains deeply rooted in its traditions.
During my urban photographic wanderings I seek to grasp the interiority of Moroccans by questioning their place in the city and the relationship they have with their environment.
It's in color and playing with shadows and light,
as opposites that answer each other, and find each other, that I obstinate
to photograph in order to update the composite and complex face of a burgeoning and yet unresolved society.
A country where neighborhoods in conversions and building sites reveal contrasts and anachronisms.
In my images, the people evolving there seem to be like
disoriented, haggard or coerced puppets
these urban changes.
